Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (New York Time). Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order has been processed.

All items in an order will be shipped to one address. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed and paid for individually.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the correct address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

If your phone number has changed, please also provide us with your updated phone number so that we or the shipping carrier can contact you regarding your order or delivery.

Can I Cancel an Order After Placing It?

Yes. You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped.

If you have already received a tracking number, this generally means that your order has been shipped and can no longer be canceled.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will receive tracking information via email.

Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped to customers in the United States will not be charged additional duties or taxes beyond the amount shown at checkout.

The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout.
